REASONS TO BE GLUM — The weather is stupid cold in Madison. The windchill factor is -40 degrees farenheit, and my brief attempt at cross-country skiing after finishing five cartoons this morning was an abject failure. I am NOT going outside without long underwear, and I think long underwear is one of the silliest things on the planet earth.

Hence, I’ve been at the drawing table a lot today, trying to get into the Christmas spirit.Friday’s cartoons for Pyramid helped, as have a couple of gifts that came in the mail from some fans and friends of Dork Tower. WAY cool sculptures of Carson and a Dragon from Frances Rodgers really made my day. Week. Month. Photos to go up as soon as I can find someone who wants to swap a digital camera for ad space…
